Which size should I get ?
Our items have a boxy fit. We recommend you to take your usual size for a perfect fit. If you are looking for an oversize product, we recommend to take the upper size.
How do I take care of my items ?
In aim to preserve the fabric quality and the printing, we recommend to wash at maximum 30°c. Cold water is perfect and do not hesitate to prefer hand washing. It is absolutely unnecessary to iron the clothes. If you still want to do it, iron items inside out and do not iron on the prints. Do not tumble dry or dry wash. Please notice that some ink can disappear at first wash; some extra ink is printed in aim to make it last longer.
I did not receive any email confirmation. What happened ?
Please immediately contact us by email, phone or on instagram (@spaceoneclohting). We will find a solution with you and provide you with all the informations you need.
I just ordered something. When will it arrive at my place ?
As mentioned on the products pages and in the checkout process, you will receive your order by 2 to 5 weeks after your payment. Please notice that it can take longer during rush periods ( before Christmas for exemple ) as long as we are facing a huge amount of orders to ship.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Where do you deliver ?
We’re worldwide ! Space One delivers in France, EU, USA, and many other countries. You will find the list by checking out your order on our website. If your country is not mentioned, please contact us and we will try to see if we can deliver at your place.
I’ve just placed an order. Can I still modify it ?
Once your order as been paid, it is no longer possible to modify it. If your informations are incorrect, please immediately communicate it to us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your name and order number.
I’m waiting for my order to arrive but it has not been delivered. What happened ?
We are sorry that you did not receive your order. Please contact us by email, phone or on instagram (@spaceoneclohting) mentioning your full name and order number. We will get in touch with the shipping company and provide you with a solution. If the package has been lost, we will send you the item back.
Returns and refunds
Can I return my order ?
You can return your product and get totally refund within the 14 days after your receive it. We will totally refund you back within the 14 days after we receive your item.
Returning your item will only be possible if you send us an email mentioning your order number, full name, concerned item, size.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, unwashed, with the original Space One label attached and in the original Space One packaging.
I’ve just received my item and it is damaged. What should I do ?
We are sorry that the item is damaged. Please immediately contact us by email, phone or on instagram (@spaceoneclohting). We will provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send back your damage product.
Is it possible to exchange my item ?
Due to a low amount of stock, we are not enabling you to exchange your item.
